Calm Gear

These go over my yoga pants on the days I’m a bit more active. Yes, yes, yes to the soft bottomed slipper socks! My feet sweat less in these. Sherpa lined, with a hood. Done. Sherpa lined for the win. Alpaka socks all the way. Some days I’m not into the hood. I’ll take the lining any day, though!
Sweating It Out
Exercise is a big part of my peace. I try to get 20-90 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week. It doesn’t always happen, but when it does, here are some of the things that help me perform my best.
A little ankle weight goes a long way!When it’s a tad too cold, these socks are a game changer until I’m warm enough for regular flow.
