So, this funny thing happened after I had my beautiful babies: I started to wear nothing but yoga pants. Most days, I still do. Thankfully, I’m a yoga instructor, so that works out well enough for me. But there are still times when I’d like to dress up or dress differently, and as I age, I have found it more and more difficult to do.

When you’re pushing 40, it feels like some of the rules have changed. But no one told me what they are!!! Does anyone else feel this way? I ask myself these kinds of questions daily:

  • Can I wear this?
  • Does this look right?
  • Am I too old for this?
  • Where do I shop for clothes?
  • Does this look stupid?

Thankfully, I have learned where to send my questions.

Jenna Matthews has been working in personal styling for 10+ years. She dresses and styles individuals for anything, including (but not limited to) weddings, corporate speaking engagements, NFL/NHL sporting events (even the superbowl) and more. She believes that “the essence of a woman can be seen and felt through the comfort she has in her own body – looking good and feeling good is a major part of that power.”

I am so excited to welcome Jenna to The Studio at the beginning of December. She will teach us how to style for the holidays, bringing signature pieces and accessories, and make the process FUN!

Consider signing up if this interests you! Her style is so on-point, I just can’t wait to see what we learn together! See details below and text me to register (631) 235.5817.
